Preview of ‘99’
The forthcoming film ‘99’ of People’s Pictures’ is all set to hit the cinema halls on the 1st of May 2009. The film carries an interesting tagline- “Part Fact, Part Fiction, Pure Fun”.
‘99’ is an original story which is inspired by real events and it is a saucy comedy set in the background of 1999. All the characters in the movie have the same feeling of being caught in the life of 99 which is just one year previous to the millennium.
The movie is a hilarious comic thriller which is spread over two cities and it has colorful characters. The background of the movie has unbelievable circumstances, small crooks, huge conspiracies, car-crashes, and a briefcase full of currencies, a blooming romance and of course a historical controversy.
99 stars Kunal Khemu and Soha Ali Khan in the lead along with Amit Mistry, Simone Singh and Cyrus Broacha. The senior actors are Vinod Khanna, Boman Irani and Mahesh Manjrekar
